Hello!
1)I've read some of topics at the forum, bus it is still not clear for me. Which numbers from InterRail Pass they require to fill in, when I try to reserve seats at Trenitalia web-site? Some people at the forum say that those are numbers from their ID documents, others say that they try to fill in the numbers from their UnterRail Pass, which are following after 000 (three zero). Could you help me to clear this question?
(I choose Global Pass from their fare options, is it ok? Because I have InterRail Pass)
2) When I choose the way for delivery of it (seats reservation), what is the best way to deliver? If I understand all correctly, I can print it at my home printer and take it along with me in order to counter check it at the carriage, am I right?
Or the best way to take it at the train station? where exactly?
Thank you in advance!!!

Hi!
1) I was in Italy in February; on my IC Roma - Palermo reservation there was no number related to my InterRail pass. On the night train Palermo - Milano reservation however, there were the first 7 digits of my InterRail pass number. :arr: This is the number highlighted in orange on your pass. If it starts with 000 or letters, enter the other digits.
Yup, choose global pass from the available fares.
2) It should be explained here :arr: http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=27ab60a93e69a110VgnVCM1000003f16f90aRCRD As far as I know you have to log in on the website and after making the payment you get an a code that you have to show on board to the conductor. Then you get your printed reservation.
It may be also possible to choose self service. In that case you can collect the ticket/reservation with the code at a ticket machine at a station in Italy.

up to you-what you think is easiest. but sometimes homeprint does not work or is not offered. always keep the ref-nrs with you.
The main reported probelm with the FS-trenitalia site is that they very often refuse foreign credit cards for the payment.
the NEW ticket machines in Italy (not the old that look like old style TV-in a high yellow caste) can now also deliver just the RES with a global ticket/pass. They come in many languanges. ON most trains the supllmt for it is 10€
( I think sleepers or cucette always must resevred by yourself-there is now some ID-check attached to it-to ban terorists etc.
