Hello everyone, can anyone tell me what's the best way to do this in less than 2 days and starting in early morning of the first day?

Hi!

If you want to start early in the morning you will have to spend a night somewhere along the route. You have to go at least as far as Marseille, or even Montpellier. This includes already at least one train that needs a reservation.
The following day you can continue to Madrid (again with several trains with reservation) and then take the overnight train to Lisboa.

Travel time between ~40 and ~48 hours, extra costs ~30-40€.
