Muchas gracias.

This is also about the only feasible route with normal trains. 1st cl is mostly a waste of money-but it will give you access to the better sleepers-if they are in fact there and not broke. More info + tips: seat61.com
With a pass you only have to pay the extra´s for the sleepers and/or mandatory seats-the vary per route and country, again seat61. Tipicall rought estimate: a sleeper will cost around 40-50€/N p.p.-a good HTL is often much less over there, but in many cases you have to travel overnight
Note that the 1+only direct car (couchette) Bucuresti-Ist only runs summertime-rest of yr only fom Sofia/BG

Muchas gracias.
Un saludo.

With an Interrail-Pass you always have to pay a extra fee or/and a extra reservation (in Night-Trains and many other trains in Eastern Europe) , so if the compartment isnt in the first class , its possible . And no , the first class is not important , because many trains in Eastern Europe have no First-Class , but even if they have one , its that what you exspect and in the Middle are the differents not too big , so in my opinion it would be a waste of money !
