How to buy tickets for the country of residence

Hello,
I want to know how I can buy tickets for my country of residence with the special fares ( [u]https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail[/u] ), because for example on the site of the German DB, I can't choose 75% rabate. Or can I buy those tickets only at train stations?

Hi.
You have to go to a station and buy it there.
Sometimes it is cheaper to buy a Europa Spezial Ticket for EUR 29 (available in Germany) to leave Germany to a bordering country.
As the discount is on 25% on normal fare tickets - which are expensive.
