My boyfriend and I are thinking of taking 1.5 weeks off during the summer (June/July) to travel around Europe, after which we will spend some time with my family in Sweden.

We are coming from Asia and hope to end up in Malmo. (Or Copenhagen, where we can take the ferry/train to Malmo)

We want to fly into Rome (then to Florence then to Venice)

Given our time limit of one and a half weeks, could you please recommend some routes that begin in Rome and finish in either Copenhagen or Malmo.

Thanks very much!

Hi.

As an example route...

Rome - Florence - Venice - Munich - Cologne - Berlin - Hamburg - Copenhagen

Rome - Florence - Venice - Vienna - Budapest - Prague - Berlin - Copenhagen (Berlin-Malmö is also possible in summer by direct night train).

But it depends on you, if you want to see as much as possible or if you prefer to relax a little bit in each city?!?

Peter :)
