What kind of ticket are you using? How many days have you left in your trip?
Venezia - Marseille: Most comfortable way to go would be via Milano - Genova, requiring 10€+3€ for two reservations on ES City Venezia - Milano and IC Milano - Ventimiglia; if you dont mind getting up really early and changing several times you can do the trip without paying extra too.
Marseille - Paris: Fastest way is a direct TGV, 6€ reservation, travel time 3h. Without TGV in supplement free TER trains the trip takes almost 10h with changes in Lyon and Dijon.
