Hi!

Interrailing this summer, but having a somewhat hard time finding the best ways to get around some citys - so looking for a little guidance =).

In London, I think i read somewhere that the Interrail makes it free to take the tube, is that correct or have I been hallucinating? o.O

In France and Paris it seems as though it is very expensive to use the different travel ways around town, only one I have found is the Paris Visite - we are planning on being there roughly 6-7 days, which means 5 day pass 48 euro and 2 days for 28 euros (depending on which zones you want to travel to, but I guess we want to see the whole city).

In Italy, mainly Rome but also Milano and Firenze. Can't really find anything on prices :O

So.. if there is any friendly soul that could help me here, would be much appreciated :)

TFL ( www.tfl.gov.uk ) operate almost all of the transport in London, and do not accept Interrail tickets. Your best bet if you are in London for any great length of time is to get an Oyster card.

In Paris the best way to get around is to buy a Carnet of 10 tickets which you can use as and when you want

Rome is probably small enough to get away without using any public transport, In Florence you definitely won't need to worry about it!
