You can order most of them as e-tickets. Print out the voucher and enter the train in Russia simply with your passport and the voucher. The staff will let you in and show you your place. Easy. :)

Do you only provide the printouts with barcode-to exchange for the real thing in Rossije?

Tickets are also available as paper tickets if you want.
And you have a helpful hotline in Russia for customers if having troubles.

Hey Peter,
I tried to book a night train from kiev to moscow on the sunday for 57 Euros. But the site does not offer the e-ticket option. Is that intended? Can I somehow book it as an eticket elsewhere? Thank you so much!

Currently only paper tickets are available for this route.
I can only help you with the railcc partnered websites + shops, not with other websites. Sorry.
