Hello everyone and greetings from Greece,
I just want to make a trip this summer by following the above route.Can anyone help me about the trains and the specific route(cities on those countries) that i should better take?

In Italy avoid the Eurostar Italia (supplement EUR 10) trains, use the free IC trains (reservation recommended, but only EUR 3).
Italy - France - Spain is a long trip.

Going up from Spain via France to Belgium, definitely cross the Pyrenees by the Petit Train Jaune:

Paris to Belgium: avoid the Thalys trains, use free connections.

The same for Belgium to the Netherlands: you can use the free and frequent IC trains, never use Thalys!
