Hi.
If you want to add Lake Bled (definitely worth), then change your complete route a little bit.
Maybe just fly to Venice (there is an airport for the low-cost-airlines).
Cross the border Italy to Slovenia by train: https://rail.cc/en/venice-ljubljana-train/f3664
Then to Lake Bled.
Via Ljubljana, Zagreb to Budapest (also worth a stop - excellent and cheap night life!).
Budapest - Krakow: https://rail.cc/en/budapest-krakow-night-train/f3304
Krakow - Prague: https://rail.cc/en/krakow-prague-night-train/f3847
Prague - Berlin: https://rail.cc/en/prague-berlin-train/f3360
Berlin-Hamburg-Amsterdam by day trains.
Back to the UK (I suppose you are from the UK, right?!?), use the ferry: https://rail.cc/en/ferry-netherlands-england/f1659
Have a sunny trip, Peter :)
