Hey,

Just for info, the bus that does Mostar to Kotor (goes on then to Budva and Bar) leaves Mostar at 7am and arrives at about 13.00 in Kotor. It costs 54 Km, so approx €27.

And the other way, it leaves Kotor at 14.45.

Hope it helps as there isn't much info on this bus online.
