Hi, I would like to know what are the train companies that work with interrail global pass in Italy, . My suggestion is: in future posts about the train schedules it would be better to put the link where the info came from below, so that who was consulting could check in the train company site if the info was actualized.

I searched the schedules of railcc but for example the route Roma/Firenze just exists with night trains, and for me that's not necessary.
And the schedules posted were from 2008, 2009 or 2010. Those may be expired, i don't know...If I knew the site form the train companies I think it would be easier to serach more detailed schedules of daily trains in Italy, and in other countries that I don't know if the information here is enough.

Thanks.

Hi!

InterRail is valid for the following train companies in Italy:

- Trenitalia (the main train operator running trains on all main lines)
- DB/ÖBB/FNM operated EC trains from München via Innsbruck to Verona (continuing to Milano/Bologna/Venezia in some cases)
- Artesia day/night trains: Paris - Milano/Venezia/Roma
- FART Centovalli railway Domodossola - Locarno

I will answer the other questions in the other post you've made. ;)
