Are formula 1 hotels reasonable?

Hi.
I stayed already in some of these hotels. They are cheap - nothing special - simple and clean - but okay to sleep there. Nothing more.
Usually they have the toilet and the showers on the floor - you have to share them with others.
If you want to save money and don't need any luxury, sleep there.
