Any reccomended places to stay in Perpignan?

Looking to spend one night in perpingnan before going to little yellow train the next day. Anyone know of any nice but reasonably priced places to stay and/or eat

I found this hostel www.fuaj.org/Perpignan , it's probably around 20€ per night ;) .
