Previously, a trip was from Halkali (Turkey) to Videl (Romania) took 19 hours on the way, after from Videl (Romania) to Budapest (Hungary) - 15 hours on the way. But now there are no more trains from Halkali (Turkey) to Videl (Romania), as I was told by the support service. Besides, I'm going with a cat. And since the trip will be long, I would like to buy a 2-seater compartment in a sleeping wagon where we would feel comfortable and not disturbed anyone.
I will be very grateful for advice.

There IS a connection all year and only in summer a sleeper-car without change. The connection times are very much the same.
Best site for al this: also for many more: seat61.com.NO idea if your wishes are available at all even in summer.
BTW I have done the daytime trip Sofia-Bucuresti last week and frankly: only for dedicated train-masochists. From Buc I went in stages-Brasov-Debrecen, to Bp. Trains are not for luxury/hiclass over there, but are rather the opposite: for those who shun the better alternatives too much
