Hi,

I will be travelling from the start of June-end of august. Looking at the interrail tickets and trying to accomodate them into my schedule i have decided on going with

Global Pass 10 in 22 €249 from 5/6 - 26/6 Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels, Bruges, Paris, Bordeaux, Biarritz, Madird, Murcia (Staying in murcia for 6 nights)

Global pass 5 in 10 €169 from 2/7 - 11/7 Valencia, Barcelona, Marseille, Nice (Staying in Nice for 7 nights)

Global pss 15 days €289 from 18/7 -31/7 Milan, Interlacken, Zurich, Frankfurt, Munich, Venice

Global Pass 22 days €319 from 3/8 - 21/8 Ljubljana, Zagreb, Kezsthely, Budapest, Bratislava, Krakow

Total cost of the tickets is €1026

Do you think this is the best way to go about it, I have looked at some alternatives like buses but its getting complicated.

It is pricey. Would you recommend cheaper ways of getting to some places etc. i havent included the reservations for night trains from Biarritz-Madrid or Munich-Venice in the prices either.

The route is pretty much set as i have booked hostels in places already

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would definitely swap the 15 and 22 continuous passes for a single 1 month pass. You would save 229€ and for the last trip from Bratislava to Krakow just get a regular ticket in Bratislava.

Remember that you will have to pay for additional reservations on several routes, ie for TGV Paris - Bordeaux, Alvia Irun - Madrid, Alta Madrid - Murcia, Talgo Murcia - Valencia, Euromed/Talgo/Alaris Valencia - Barcelona, IC Ventimiglia - Milano, CNL München - Venezia
I would estimate all this at ~35€ plus the CNl train (different prices depending on category).

There is no night train Biarritz - Madrid.
