Hi there, my girlfriend and I are going interrailling this summer for the first time. just looking for some quick advice from some who've done it before. Planning on buying a 10 in 22 day pass. This is our planned route so far: Berlin to Prague to Munich to Vienna to Bratislava to Budapest to Split to Venice. Is this a bit too adventurous for a 10 in 22 pass. Any other recommendations?

Many thanks.

I went interrailing last summer for the 1st time with my girlfriend, Went to Munich-Vienna-Prague and Berlin. I went for 14 days and found it was just enough time in each city although i could have done with a bit longer as i didnt get to see and do everything i wanted, but that will always be the case in most cities. It really depends on what your purpose is in each city, Sightseeing, nIghtlife etc. Every person/Couple will be different so the 10 in 22 may suit you best. Munich is a great city and one im going back to this summer. Bratislava is also on the list for me aswel but I havent been too impressed by peoples experiences of being there but again each to their own and not everybody is going to like the same cities that you do.

When in Munich, Prague and Berlin make sure to check out the Sandemans New Europe tours www.neweuropetours.eu. They do free walking tours in each of these cities which last approx 3 hours but they take in all the main sights and pleasures of each city. This then frees up a lot of your time to spend the rest of your days doing exactly what you like in each city. It was also a great way to meet people, I enjoyed many nights out with people that i had met earlier in the day on the walking tours
