we were thinking on visiting cologne and strasburg, do you think that we should choose different cities?

Firstly, we were thinking on visiting frankfurt, but mt brother told me that frankfurt it's an industrial city and that we should choose other destinations...

Cologne is fine too. Strasbourg is in France.

I wouldnt call Frankfurt/Main an industrial city...it has a nice old town as well as a modern business/finance district, that's why it is called Mainhattan (it lies on the river Main). Maybe he meant Frankfurt/Oder?
