Hi

Me and my friend are planning on going inter railing in july. we are very confused about the ticket system. :|

10 in 22 days means that we can travel for 10 days within a 22 period and as many times as we want within a day. where we are confused is with the 22 consecutive days option. does this mean that we have to travel on 22 continuous days?

we are planning on starting in the netherlands at the beginning of July and want to be in Croatia for around the 20th July. are we being realistic? what option would be best?

Thanks

Hi.

First have a look at this topic. It will solve your questions:
https://rail.cc/en/first-interrail-tour/f3303

10 in 22 days: you have a period of 22 days. You fix the starting date of this period at the time you purchase your ticket.
Then fill in a travel day manually in your ticket when you need it during this period.

22 days continuous: fix the starting date at the purchase. Travel every day within this period - if you want - you don't need to. :)

ONE travel day: 00:01h in the morning until 23:59h at night. Use as much trains as you want, cross as much borders as you want.
Special nice rule for night trains:
