Interrail rule 1900

Hi!


When I am using rule 1900 how much later in mornig (after 0400) can I come to desired destination, e.g. Copenhagen - Stockholm, 21:43 - 5:56?
And how many times can I use this rule in 5 in 10 days pass, as many time as I have an oportunity or not? And are ferries also included in this rule, e.g. Stockholm - Turku?
