Good evening,

I'm planning my first interrail trip with some friends, and we'd all love to know if our route is realistic.
We're planning a fourteen days trip and we want to choose this route:

Oslo-Copenhagen-Berlin-Amsterdam-Paris-Barcelona-Rome-Venice

Would you say we could do this route in the amount of days we're traveling?
We'd appriciate suggestions and help with this route :)

Thanks!

Hi!

I would recommend to get the 10in22 flexi ticket, it will suit your needs best.

Oslo - Kobenhavn: https://rail.cc/en/oslo-copenhagen-train/f5232

Kobenhavn - Berlin: https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-berlin-train/f2919

Berlin - Amsterdam: https://rail.cc/en/berlin-amsterdam-train/f2407

Amsterdam - Paris: https://rail.cc/en/amsterdam-paris-train/f1472

Paris - Barcelona: https://rail.cc/en/paris-barcelona-day-train/f5505

Barcelona - Roma: https://rail.cc/en/train/barcelona-to-milan or by ferry Barcelona - Civitavecchia: https://rail.cc/en/train/barcelona-to-civitavecchia

Roma - Venice: Hourly fast services with compulsory reservation (10€), slower connections by free regional trains available

I would say 14 days is the minimum for this trip...it would be better if you'd have some spare days.

Oslo: 1 day
Kobenhavn: 1 day
Berlin: 2 days
Amsterdam: 1 day
Paris: 2 days
Barcelona: 2 days
Roma: 2 days
Venezia: 1 day

This would make 12 days already, travel between cities not included - and you can easily add one day in most of the cities in order to see more (not all) of the nice places...

I suppose you are planning to fly to Oslo/fly home from Venezia? Where to? That would of course quite restrict your flexibility...maybe you can add two days or so? Then you wouldnt have to hurry that much between the cities.
