Hi!

A general overview for this route including all details you have to know is here: https://rail.cc/en/train/helsinki-to-copenhagen

First use the ferry Helsinki - Stockholm (or Turku - Stockholm which is cheaper).

From Stockholm there are frequent connections by X2 high speed train (7€ reservation) to Malmö or even directly to Kobenhavn (If the train terminates at Malmö use the frequent Öresundtag to get to Kobenhavn from Malmö). If you want to avoid the X2 there are only two IC trains during the day that you can use without a reservation.
