We are two ladies i our fifties planning a trip in 2024. We hope to to be able to travle two countryes.
Need route tips. We would lie to se the amalficoast in Italy , provance , and the Whine distrikt in Slovenia, also been talking about Portugal.
Because none of us has ben there. So that could be a good option.

Where are you coiming from?
Portugal is not easy by train, mostly because Spain is in the way from everywhere else and there are few conenctions. And it's very difficult toi use Eurail or Interrail in Spain.
Italy would pair with Provence or Slovenia, especially the Promorska region.
