Hi, I'm planning to travel from Munich to Rome in October next in a 4 person sleep wagon. For medical reasons I need a socket with 220 V power. Can anybody tell me if there is socket present with the required power? Best, Peter

Hi!
In general - yes, there are regular 220V sockets in the couchette cars. However, I would strongly advice to contact ÖBB directly for further questions.
There is always the possibility of sockets not working, different (older) cars without sockets etc etc.

You should also specify the power rating of whatever it is that you need to use, many of the sockets are only intended for lower power devices such as a laptop.
