Hi!
There is no Interrail pass available for the USA. But an other rail pass.
Long distance passenger traffic is run by AMTRAK, they offer the following pass:

Amtrak is the national long-distance passenger carrier in the USA (but not in Canada), though there are other many other railway companies that operate passenger routes - mostly commuter trains. As to the validity of these passes when using different companies, etc., I have no clue. But I think you will find lots of information on that on Amtrak's website!

i heard that the greyhound buses are quite good and popular.
