Hi
We;re looking to do interrailing next summer with the above route. The plan at the moment is
Fly into Berlin before starting to use a Global INterrail with 10 days out of 22 travel.
Then move onto the Warsaw for a couple of days,
Then move down to Bratislava,
Then Budapest where we'd spend a few days.
Then Split,
Back north to Munich,
Then heading back to Berlin via Prague.
This has mostly been done by looking at the interrail map and it looks do- able, the only real issue is with Split, I understand from reading other posts that we will need to be stopping at Zagreb, but is Split to Munich actually a doable route?
Any help you can give would be amazing! Thanks!

Hi!
That trip is surely possible with a 10in22 ticket. For the basic planning tools here on the forum have a look at the link: https://rail.cc/en/first-interrail-tour/f3303
Berlin - Warszawa: https://rail.cc/en/berlin-warsaw-warszawa-train/f3965
Warszawa - Bratislava night train: https://rail.cc/en/warsaw-budapest-night-train/f4263 Since the arrival of the night train is quite early, I would recommend to go to Vienna overnight first https://rail.cc/en/warsaw-vienna-night-train/f1543 and spend the day there (you can use baggage lockers at the station). In the evening you then can continue to Bratislava - frequent connections run between both cities, travel time is just about 1 hour.
Bratislava - Budapest: frequent EC trains run during the day
Budapest - Split: https://rail.cc/en/budapest-split-night-train/f5069
Split - Munich: Go to Zagreb during daytime since the route north of Split is very nice. From Zagreb you could take the overnight to Munich: https://rail.cc/en/rijeka-munich-night-train/f3363
Munich - Berlin: Frequen direct connections as well as an overnight train https://rail.cc/en/berlin-munich-night-train/f3764
:!: Attention, since yesterday new timings are valid throughout Europe and we didnt update all forum entries yet (and probably do so only for the new website coming soon). This means that the might be minor alterations, so please check again with the schedule planner. ;)
If you need more detailed advice just let us know! :)

Thank you so much for that very detailed and speedy response!
As for coming back to Berlin via Prague would that be a good idea? Or would there be a better time to fit Prague in to our mentioned journey?
