i think the A choice is the best . that will count as one day trip on my interrail pass or 2 ?? because as i can see i will arrive in brno in 00:36 ..
and that train is on Sundays too or only in the week ??

All connections are available on a Sunday. Just check the train schedules as well via the link I gave you.

Option A is two travel days.

Solution: buy a single normal rail ticket from Breclav (train arrives 2333h, departure 0005h) to Brno, then you save the one travel day.
The fare is ~80 Czech Kronas = ~ 3,50 EUR.
You can buy an e-ticket online: www.cd.cz/eshop/search.aspx?lang=E

Paris - Frankfurt TGV is 10€ reservation.

As far as I know you cant get this reservation online. It's no problem to do so at a station in Paris but it can happen that the train is fully booked - so try to get the reservation a few days in advance. That also depends a little on the time you are travelling - I could get a reservation on the day of departure in February but that might be difficult in summer.

It is never possible to preview the number of free reservations. But Sunday morning should usually be fine if booking 3 days in advance. As you know your exact travel date, the best is always to book several days in advance online! :)
