Just read this interesting post.
Planning a trip to Turkey late April/early May 2023
Would like to go from Adana to Kars around 26.4.23, spend a day or two there, then work west, stopping at a few places along the way to Konya (arrive there around 3.5.23), Bursa and finally Istanbul (around 8/5/23).
I am a light sleeper & prefer privacy, and cautious by nature, so prefer things planned as far as possible.
How can I get 2 berth sleepers ahead of time? Worried if I just turn up and hope for the best, I may end up in a 4 berth and dislike the journeys due to noise etc.
Likely price is GBP£?

You don't understand. Circumspection may help you. I sent £5k when the earthquake happened. I am a doctor and hope to provide medical voluntary work for a few days. AFTER that, I'd like to travel on the rails. Hence my query. Perhaps someone else can contribute a more useful reply
