Hi!
Between all four cities you have fast and regular (up to 3 services per hour on Milano - Firenze - Roma) services branded AV or ES City. You will also find the designations ES Italia and Frecciarossa or Frecciabianca respictevely. All those have compulsory reservation, 10€ if you have an InterRail pass.
There are also cheaper alternative services available with IC (3€ reservation, not compulsory but recommended) or regional trains. For detailed schedules, have a look at the travel planner :arr: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route - if you want to get supplement-free connections make sure to uncheck the correspondent boxes. :)
If you have some spare time, I can recommend going Milano - Firenze via Genova and Viareggio - Lucca which is a very scenic route. For Roma - Venezia you might also think about going by overnight train to save a night in a hostel and to have more time to visit Venezia :arr: https://rail.cc/en/naples-rome-venice-night-train/f1514
