thanks! so one option is this (night train apr.8hrs)
and the other is ICE train direct (apr 3 hrs) ?

Exactly. The CNL night train ~ 7 hours, the normal ICE train ~ 5 hours.
Night trains are always slower so that you get more time to sleep on short distances.
