Hi.
You can definitely do this trip within one month. Better to have some more cities in your plans and skip one or an other spontaneously during your trip.
Do not plan to much. It always depends on the hostel you stay, other travelers you meet, the weather, ...
So 2 or 3 nights for a big city like Munich, Prague, Vienna, Budapest are good.
Other cities like for example Venice are better to rush trough, as they are very touristy and expensive.
About the routes, check the country topics where you will find a lot of information especially about night trains.
The Mostar / Dubrovnik thing is as well somewhere in the forum, just search for it... I am a bit in a hurry right now. ;)
