Hi!
You are travelling with a Swiss InterRail pass, so you will get a 50% discount for leaving and entering Switzerland at the beginning and at the end of you travel - not for transit journeys during your travel!
Maybe think about already getting your discounted ticket for the way back home before you leave so that you dont have to worry if you will have enough money left. Also, plan your journey way home and calculate maybe one extra day in case you would get stuck somewhere.

flow..YOU'RE GOD!!! :D
And which ways are available from cote d'azur to south part of switzerland? Nice-Lyon and then Lyon-Geneve could be a posibility?

There is one direct TGV Nice - Geneve - probably the smartest solution but seats for InterRailers are hard to get (TGV have limited seats for IR only...) - so I'd recommend to get a reservation this way: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/tgv-sncf/42 Worked good for us in summer and as you can read in the link other railers have made good experiences as well. But remember it's not 100% percent official. ;)
If you dont get a seat on this TGV you can also go Nice - Lyon and then with a free TER to Geneve.
Another alternative would be to go via the Simplon or Gotthard mountain railways - both really scenic so it might be worth to go this way. You would need to go Nice - Venitmiglia - Milano first (direct IC trains from Ventimiglia to Milano, 3€ reservation recommended but not compulsory). In Milano you change to a direct train in direction of Geneve/Basel/Zürich, compulsory reservation! 3,50€ -5€
If you have much time maybe think about going the long way via the beautiful Berninabahn from Tirano to St. Moritz - only problem then is that the ticket back home will become more expensive...
