Hi,
we have purchased an Interail ticket that allows us a certain number of days travels within a set time period. We are taking the ferry from Harwich to Holland for the first part of my journey. i know that we are entitled to a discount on this fair as we are pass holders. can anyone tell them, if by using this discount does that count as a 'days travel. The ferry we are taking leaves UK at 2300 and arrives in Holland at 7.15.

Thanks

Hi.

Here the details for this ferry connection: https://rail.cc/blog/from-london-to-amsterdam-with-the-dutchflyer/

As you only get a discount on this ferry connection, you DO NOT have to use one of your travel days. But your InterRail pass has to be valid.

If you use ferries which are free (exp: Italy-Greece), you have to use one of your travel days (either departure or arrival day).

Peter :)
