Hi!

- First, how long have you planned to travel? Makes making suggestions a little easier if we know how much time you have. ;)

- Vienna: The most important sights are along Ringstraße around the old town. Then there's the castles of Schönbrunn and Belvedere...I'd also advice to travel round the city by tramway - so you can see a lot of typical places quite relaxed. If you find some place interesting just leave the tram and have a little walk around the site.
- Interlaken: Not too much to do in the city itself. The surrounding mountain railways arent included in InterRail so maybe you might think about other mountain railways in Switzerland? Have a look: https://rail.cc/en/jungfraujoch/f1841 https://rail.cc/en/glacier-express/f1750
- Milano: I'd say a maximum of two days is enough...Duomo, Scala, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are main attractions directly in the city centre.
- Monte Carlo: Think about staying somewhere else along the Cote d'Azur - Nice, Cannes,... - and make only a day trip to Monaco. Maybe have a walk along the F1 track to get an impression of the city.
- St Tropez: Cant go there by train, only bus services are operating from St. Raphael (and Hyeres, but that's more far away). It's not too spectacular, basically an old harbour with restaurants and some (nice) yachts. You could go to Villefranche, Antibes, Grasse instead...all easily reachable by train and really nice as well. :)
- Barcelona: There's so much to do and see...best thing is to ask the staff at the hostel, they usually know their city best.
