Hi!
Easy route with a 10in22 pass. You might even fit some other stops in along your way. Some tips for your route:
Düsseldorf - Brügge: Avoid the expensive Thalys https://rail.cc/en/cologne-brussels-paris-thalys-train/f1471 between Köln and Bruxelles, instead use free regional and IC trains: Köln - Aachen - Liège - Brugge
Brügge - Paris: Again, avoid the Thalys, instead go to Lille via Gent and than continue either with TGV (compulsory reservation) or slower but free trains to Paris https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/thalys/41
Paris - Barcelona: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/france/fr
Barcelona - Nice/Monaco (freqent connections along the Cote d'Azur from Nice to Monaco, it probably will be cheaper to stay in Nice instead of Monaco): https://rail.cc/en/train/marseille-to-nice
Monaco - Milano: From Monaco go along the coast to the border at Ventimiglia and change there for an IC train to Milano. You dont neccessarily need a reservation but it would get you a guaranteed seat for 3€
Milano - Düsseldorf: If you want to move straight back to Düsseldorf, best way would be one of the major alpine crossings which are quite scenic as well - either the Simplon/Lötschberg (via Domodossola - Brig) or the Gotthard (via Lugano - Arth-Goldau), I'd recommend to go via the Gotthard. You will need a reservation for the EC trains crossing the border at ~5€. If you have more time you could also go to Tirano and then with the Rhätische Bahn first over the very nice Bernina route (highest point at 2253m) to St Moritz and then continue over Albula line to Chur. From there you could cross Switzerland to finally get back to Düsseldorf. If you are German (I suppose you are ;) ) you could save some money if you go Basel - Strasbourg - Luxembourg - Trier - Düsseldorf instead of Basel - Mannheim - Düsseldorf since you cant travel free in your country of residence.
