Interrail: scared of going into the big bad world alone

hey everyone, im tom.
im 19 and have never been in a feasible position to go abroad before.i have always been very independent and have lived on my own since i was 17
the problem is im scared of going into the big bad world alone!
and i obviously dont have much of an idea what to expect
iv read stuff from people who have done it but not actually had any of my questions answered directly

any help would be appreciated :)
