Hi,

my husband and I are planning on purchasing a 21 day global rail pass for Europe. We need to take the Eurostar from London to Brussels. I understand that with rail pass you are eligible for a discount when you purchase a Eurostar ticket. Can you get this discount if purchasing the Eurostar ticket online or do you need to purchase it in person.

Hi.

Have a look at this topic. If you want to get the discount on an Eurostar train, you have to call them directly:

Other options to save some money are by ferry from the UK to the Netherlands and then by IC train (free of supplements) to Brussels:

Or to use the ferry Dover - Calais, but I think you will loose too much time using this option:
