Heya, I'll be traveling for about 15 days in august. I'm not camping at all, so no camping equip. My question is, will a 20l rucksack be enough. I travel very very light, I've checked in hostels that either provide or rent a linen, and i'll be doing laundry every 3-5 days during the trip, so i guess i'll have to bring just enough clothes to last those few days. Besides that, a bottle of water and a book and that's it ? Whaddaya think ?

I often have a 50l rucksack with me, simply to have a bit more space - not to fill it all with clothes, but sometimes you have some extra food or a bottle of wine for a long trip with you... just try to pack it now at your home and live with the clothes and everything in your rucksack for 3 days - as a kind of test. :)

Hehe very smart.. It's just it'd make a whole trip a lot easier if i had a 20l bag .. No need to leave it anywhere .. but yeah, i'll try it.. if not i'm going for a 30l that should do the job anyhow
