Really need some help/advice on this
Myself and my boyfriend ordered tickets on the 6th of july, it was said they would arrive on or before 21st of july. I recieved mine on the 15th of july but my boyfriend never did! We emailed the purchases center and they said that the ticket was shipped but then returned to the warehouse and offered us a refund. I rang up the support line today and they could not offer me an explanation into why the ticket was returned to the warehouse, no explanation why my boyfriend was not contacted considering they have both his email and mobile number and suggested we buy another. The man said he would highlight it to those that are the heads of the organisation but we still havent heard anything. My argument is if the ticket is sitting around in a warehouse why cant they send it out. We are leaving in a week and are desperate to get it in the next few days otherwise our whole trip is not possible. The man on the phone assured me the warehouse is in Ireland meaning we could receive the ticket in a day if they just sent it out!!
anyone know what else we can do?
