Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the IR ticket at any bigger station in Montenegro? (like Podgorica or Bar)

I'm gonna need the ticket on my way back from MN but I don't know the date yet.

Hi.

I am not sure about it ... I would rather say no.
But try it.
Otherwise leave the country by a normal rail or bus ticket (veeery cheap) and buy it one of the neighbour countries like Croatia, Serbia, ...
You can order as well online and get it send to your hostel or hotel: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]

Im going to agree with Peter, having been to Bar station and spent hours sat on a train at Podgorica they are definately not Bigger Stations in the Western European sense of the word. They had not problem selling us sleeper reservations at Bar though

I guess my question will be some how related to this I'm going from Bari,Italy by boat to Greece but later I want to go to Montenegro by train and according to my Eurorail map countries like Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia etc require a Eurail Select Pass Only where do I buy that one or can I buy one from InterRail and I will be ok? Should I buy that in the USA or if is InterRail I will buy it once I'm in Europe

Hi Ryan.
I do not have information about the Eurail pass, but better to buy it before: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
If you only have some travel days in Montenegro (or the other countries beside), it is often cheaper to buy there regular tickets instead of a pass, as rail travel is very cheap there.
