Is it necessary to make a reservation for Railjet from Munich to Budapest and ICE between Berlin and Copenhagen. Thanks.

Hi.

Both are free to use. For the ICE to Copenhagen I recommend a reservation (you can get it at ticket machines or online) for EUR 4 as it is often full during summer.
The same for Munich-Budapest, except your travel on a Sunday morning or Saturday afternoon - out of the peak times.

A nice option is as well by night train Berlin-Malmö/Lund and then by free Oeresund train (30 minutes) over the big bridge to Copenhagen:
