Hi,
I have got a little problem. I am german citizen, but I doing my full undergraduate studies since last September in the UK. So, I have lived for more than six month in the uk.
Currently, I am on my summer vacations back home in Germany and planning an interrail trip in August.
Do I need to buy the ticket in Great Britain in order to travel free in Germany or can I buy it also through ur online shop and get it delivered to Germany to travel free in Germany?
thx

Hi.
You need a proof that you currently live and study in the UK - then it is no problem to order the ticket online via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Simply fill in as country of residence: the UK
And as passport number the one of your German passport or your German ID-card (Personalausweis).
It doesn't matters if the delivery address is in the UK or Germany - it has nothing to do with the InterRail pass.
But read this topic before - carefully: as you really have to proof your six months (or longer) residency in the UK:

Only if you have such a proof, you can travel for free in Germany with the country of residence: UK.

hmmm, i went to Deutsche Bahn and they told me that i need an offcial british id in order to proof that I am studying in Britain.
The lady said that bank statements or student id are not enough. So i am not sure if should buy a ticket with which says that I am an UK resident!?
