Hello!

Please tell me can I rail with IR One Country (Austria) Pass in IC, ICE, EC and RailJet trains in Austria? (and what supplements I must pay?)

Hi!

You can use all mentioned trains with the One Country Pass Austria. No reservation required. :)

In russian internet sites (i'm from Russia) I CAN'T FIND answer only for this question :)

And one more question. For one day when I train with IR pass I can change as many trains as I can? (for example if I train from Slazburg to Vienna can I go out from train in Linz, see the city and after it return to train station and take the train to Vienna?)

Yes, one travel day includes unlimited travel from 0000 - 2359 on that particular day. So you can stop over at Linz for a short visit to the city and later proceed to Wien. For Linz, I'd calculate ~4 hours but as there are fequent connections Salzburg - Linz - Wien you can stay really flexible.
