On the ticket it has Date, time and from/to boxes that look like they need to be filled in.
can anyone tell me what i need to write there?

Hi!
You dont have to write anything in there. Only if you have purchased a flexi pass (5in10 or 10in22) you will have to fill in your chosen travel dates manually in the section below where it would say (Day/Month/1-5 or 1-10). :)
