Hi.
It depends on the trains you want to use, but you can do this route in 14-15 hours.
A relaxing way is to use the night train from Copenhagen to Amsterdam:
Göteborg Central Dep: 1342 | free Regional train
Koebenhavn H Arr: 1737
Koebenhavn H Dep: 1842| CNL night train: https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-amsterdam-night-train/f3010
Option 1: stay in the night train until Amsterdam - this is the comfortable version.
Amsterdam Centraal Arr: 1029
Option 2: leave the night train already at Duisburg and continue to Amsterdam by free ICE train
Duisburg Hbf Arr: 0715
Duisburg Hbf Dep: 0726 | free ICE train
Amsterdam Centraal Arr: 0925
Option 2 is interesting if you want to make the reservation for the night train online. As the CNL night trains need either the departure and/or arrival station in Germany.
And with this option you have the arrival station of the night train in Germany (=Duisburg).
A good deal could be the 5 in 10 days InterRail Global Pass: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-global-pass
Then add an other city like Berlin, Copenhagen or Hamburg to your travel plans. :)
