Hello,

Due to unfortunate circumstances (my dog damaging my passport) I have had to get a new one last minute. This means that the number on my passport and the number on my interrail pass are different. However, I do still have the old passport with the correct number, even though it is a little rough around the edges and not technically valid any more. Will it be ok to use it, in conjunction with my new passport? Or do I have to alter my pass in some way? I don't have long before I travel.

All help appreciated.
Heather.

Hi Heather.

I think you will have to get a new ticket with the new number on it.
Where did you bought your ticket?
If here via our website and [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , let me know, then I can give you all the information you need.

Peter :)

Mmmmh... then you have to contact this company as it has nothing to do with our project.
I don't know their rules and can't help you. Next time buy your ticket here at our partner [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , then you support all the information here at the forum and not just an anonymous company.
And I could help you quickly and easily.

Peter :)
