Hi.
Yes you can, I am not sure how long in advance you can buy the reservation in a station. But usually it is 2 hours before departure of the night train at the first station of its route. Flow will know it better... :)
You can also ask the staff directly at the train for a bed or seat - if there are still some free, you can buy it directly from them.
