Problems with police - sleeping at the beach

Hi,
i am thinkig about sleeping on the beach. I read that you could have problems with police. Can someone tell me what they can ask me for? How much money cost the punishment?

Hi.
Usually you just have to leave.
But not the police is the problem - if you sleep at beaches close to the big cities, take extremely care of theft during the night!
If you want to sleep at a beach, I recommend only some at smaller villages and then in the dunes.
