could you please help me: on a limited budget, I am +60 old, and want to travel from Belgrade to Paris. Need info about ticket price, connections, ect.

I can only give you information for a travel by InterRail. As I am not specialist for single rail tickets. Therefore it is the best to ask directly at the main station in Belgrade.

If you travel by InterRail for example with the 5 travel days in 10 (5 in 10) InterRail GLOBAL Pass, you can do it this way:
