Good day, going to Europe in September for 2 weeks. Looking to spend about a week in Berlin at a friend's place and a week getting there. So far it looks like it'll be Amsterdam - Brussels - ? - Berlin. As well, possibly Prague for a couple of days.

Any suggestions on best route? Or on other locations/substitutes that are on the way. Doesn't necessarily have to start in Amsterdam but final destination has to be Berlin.

Budget is roughly 50 euro a day per person (considering that will be staying for free in Berlin)

Much appreciated,

Hi.

If you don't want to travel too much, I recommend you these cities - of course not all, but have a lock on them - all are definitely worth to see:

Belgium
Brussels and Brugges

Germany
Cologne and Düsseldorf
Dresden

Czech Rep.
Prague

You can reach them by free trains using an InterRail or Eurail pass:

I assume free means if you buy the interrail pass?
